• Check and compare the validity of invoices & vouchers. • Accounting for import and export data into the system. • Control the situation of inventory import and export between books and reality. • Analyze and handle fluctuations in input and output and explain differences with superiors. • Coordinating with accounting, payment, reconciliation of suppliers' debts and solving import and export problems with related departments. • Participating in periodic inventory with the warehouse keeper. • Close and store documents properly. • Make import and export reports.
