Complete procedures for preparing export/import receipts fully and accurately

Support the Warehouse Keeper in making complete and accurate warehouse import/export receipts
Support the Warehouse Manager to assign warehouse assistants to perform some common company tasks.
Responsible for issues related to preparation of import/export invoices

Good management of the warehouse book system according to invoices (warehouse receipt and warehouse receipt according to invoices) and at the same time check export/import notes and compare data.
Monitor and compare internal transfer goods, control, report and save related documents.

Master the warehousing process according to company regulations, brands, product codes, packaging specifications, weight/carton, bag; Track details of product codes (warehouses on the ERP system such as Goods warehouse, Processing warehouse, Liquidation warehouse, Sample warehouse...) and make import/export slips as required by warehouse keeper and dispatcher.
