Position: Warehouse management: Raw Materials - Supplies - Products - Goods
Job duties- Monitor and update data: warehousing and exporting materials used in production and during the outsourcing process.
- Monitor and update data: warehousing and ex-warehousing of completed products.
- Prepare warehouse receipt and warehouse release notes during the process of importing and exporting goods.
- Receive and check the quantity, type, and quality of purchased materials and goods.
- Allocation: Materials and fuel as required for production.
- Directly preserve and arrange materials and goods in the warehouse.
- Plan to propose purchasing materials.
- Monitor the import process and urge purchases.
- Weekly reports on import-export-inventory of warehouses to the board of directors
- Prepare monthly import-export-inventory reports for the management board.
- Carry out periodic inventory of warehouses according to regulations.
- Perform other arising tasks as assigned by superiors.
