Ensure that financial and accounting activities at the store are transparent, accurate, and follow procedures. Support cash flow management, monitor revenue and expenditure, confirm order payments, and coordinate with related departments to optimize operational efficiency.

MAIN TASKS

Import goods

Record transactions into the accounting system.

Storing accounting documents

Track and store input and output contracts (hard and soft copies)

Regularly update state tax management policies.

Reconcile accounts receivable with customers and suppliers.

Timekeeping, employee salary calculation

Social insurance related jobs.

And some other jobs required by superiors.
