work content
- Check valid sales slips, compare with price list and issued policies to approve sales orders.
- Prepare sales orders.
- Receive delivery notes with signatures from the warehouse keeper and customer, arrange and store sales documents;
- Managing the company's receivables:
- Debt tracking: Track technicians' debts: from sales, revenue deductions, debts,...
- Perform debt reconciliation
- Responsible for storing all debt reconciliation records
- Prepare and be responsible for data on your daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from College and University, with 2 years or more experience
- Skills in mastering accounting procedures and understanding legal regulations
- Ability to synthesize data and analyze reports.
- Skills in using MISA software
- Proficient in EXCEL, WORD
- Honest, careful, agile
