- Working directly at construction sites (Yen Bai);
- Coordinate with the Warehousekeeper to check the import, export and inventory of materials at the construction site;
- Collect reasonable and valid documents and vouchers and send them to the Accounting Department;
- Monitor debts at the construction site and send them daily and weekly for comparison with the debtor's accounting;
- Store accounting data according to regulations;
- Monitor cash receipts and payments at the construction site and compare monthly with the Project Treasurer/Storekeeper;
- Check payment documents for subcontractors for construction;
- Manage assets, tools and tools at the construction site;
- Managing monthly attendance for employees at the construction site;
- Dismantling the norm to avoid exceeding the norm;
- Support and coordinate with other employees in the department and other departments to perform related jobs;
- Perform work and report under the direction of Chief Accountant.
