Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Record revenue and make sales vouchers, issue VAT invoices.
Compare and check documents, compare debts.
Verify transaction information before receiving revenue, create and send invoices via email.
Identify past due accounts receivable/payments as well as outstanding payments.
Monitor and manage debts of the companies in charge.
Proposing and handling bad debts with the head of the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduating from college or higher.
Possess a degree/certificate in Accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable/similar position.
Having worked for a travel agency is an advantage.
Knowing English (communication via email) is an advantage.
Proficient in using MS Word and Excel at work and know how to use accounting software.
Honest, responsible working attitude, enthusiasm and sociability.
