Tien Dat Construction Trading Development Co., Ltd. is looking to hire an accounts receivable accountant to start work immediately.

1. General Information

• Position: Accounts Payable Accountant

• Department: Accounting – Finance

• Reporting to: Director

2. Job Description

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable from customers and suppliers.

• Check delivery notes, calculate sales and technical productivity.

• Regularly check and reconcile accounts payable (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

• Prepare detailed accounts receivable and weekly/monthly sales reports for your supervisor.

• Monitor payment deadlines and remind customers of outstanding debts.

• Coordinate with sales and purchasing departments to handle outstanding debts.

• Reconcile accounts payable with customers/partners.

• Assisting in handling issues related to debt collection.

• Maintain accounting records and documents in accordance with regulations.

• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

3. Job Requirements

• Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates may be accepted if training is provided)

• Master accounts payable accounting procedures.

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA AMIS is an advantage)

• Careful, honest, and responsible

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

4. Benefits

• Salary: From 11 - 14 million VND/month

5. Working hours and location

• Hours: From 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break, Monday to Saturday.
