Main task

• Managing accounts receivable:
  Monitor customer payment progress, reconcile accounts receivable periodically, and follow up on debt collection to avoid the risk of bad debts.
• Managing accounts payable
  Control invoices from suppliers, reconcile documents, and plan payments on time according to contract agreements.
• Managing advance payments:
  Track internal employee advances, remind them to pay, and handle overdue payments.
• Reporting and reconciliation:
  Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on accounts receivable and payable; reconcile data between detailed ledgers and general ledgers to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications: University/College graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Professional skills: Proficient in accounting practices, debt reconciliation procedures, and regulations regarding invoices and supporting documents.
Soft skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; strong communication and negotiation skills for working with clients/suppliers.
Attitude: Careful, meticulous, and able to withstand high work pressure.
