Job Description
- Receive orders from sales department, check customer information and sales policies.
- Create orders, create sales invoices, coordinate with warehouse department to deliver goods on schedule.
- Track and manage detailed debt for each customer/project.
- Prepare periodic debt reports, debt aging reports and propose debt collection plans.
- Contact and urge debt collection on time, limit bad debt.
- Check and monitor the application of discounts and promotions according to company policies.
- Reconcile sales data with internal sales and accounting departments.
- Store records and documents related to sales and debts according to regulations.
Request
- College/University graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance.
- 12 years of experience in a similar position (priority given to paint, construction materials, FMCG).
- Proficient in Excel, accounting software (MISA/AMIS).
- Good communication skills, situation handling, working with customers.
- Careful, responsible, honest.
Income & benefits
- Income level: 9-12 million VND/month (fixed salary 78 million + allowance + bonus based on debt collection efficiency and sales KPI).
