JOB DETAILS:
The Sales Accountant position involves updating and compiling sales records and documents, receiving and processing orders, updating prices and new products on the system, tracking customer discounts, and reconciling inventory data. This is an opportunity for female candidates aged 22 to 30, with a college degree or higher in Accounting or Economics, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data: Updates, accounting records, and sales documents.
- Orders: Receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders.
- System: Update prices and new products on the software.
- Discounts: Track and calculate customer discounts.
- Warehouse: Compare daily inventory data (inflow and outflow) with the warehouse manager's records.
- Other: Follow instructions from the Department Head.
REQUEST:
- Gender: Female, aged 22 to 30.
- Education: College degree or higher (Accounting, Economics, etc.).
- Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Personality: Careful, honest, sociable, enthusiastic.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to have: data processing, Misa data entry.
- In addition, knowledge related to: Sales Accounting, Internal Accounting, and General Accounting is required.
