JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the operation progress of Website/Software projects:Develop a project implementation plan. Allocate work to operational departments.
Manage the project implementation process & Work communication focal point.
Handle project documentation and procedural issues.
Monitor the status of the project, ensure the progress and quality of the project implementation according to the plan. Manage and coordinate stakeholders in the project.
Control issues, changes, risks, conflicts between stakeholders. Flexible handling and problem solving.
Acceptance and quality assurance of products handed over to customers.
Participate in the research and application of project management frameworks. Participate in the development & optimization of the project operation process.
Report work to Direct Manager.

1+ years of experience in IT Project Manager/ Account Executive/ Sales B2B/…
Having knowledge or interest in learning about technology and websites.
Communication skills: Exchange and exploit information; Analyze and solve problems; Handle situations; Negotiate and negotiate.
Project Management Skills: Planning; Personnel coordination; Time management; Cost management; Quality management; Risk management; Make reports & work reports.
Knowledge & experience in Scrum Framework is an advantage.
