■Job description
- In charge of planning the overall sales strategy for IT outsourcing to overseas (Web System - Mobile Application Development - AI Development).
- Directly participate in expanding sales channels, creating new customers and partner networks
- Conduct meetings with existing and other potential customers
- Make and review Proposal / Quotation in cooperation with Sales staff and Pre-Sales Team
- Conduct Work Orders, manage contracts, invoices and payments
- New recruitment and training of sales staff

REQUIREMENTS
- Vietnamese nationality, expected age: 30 ~ 40
- JLPT N1 equivalent qualification is required
- Can read/write/understand English is a huge advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in IT sales and business development and held the position of sales manager for at least 1 year
- Already have a potential customer or project
- Management skills: Planning and strategy; Train and motivate employees
- Stress tolerance according to the Sales Growth Target (KPI) set by the company
- Confidence in personal soft skills: communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, etc.
Willing to coordinate and comply with policies from Vietnam Headquarters
■Salary: hard salary ~man % negotiable commission % negotiable business profit
