CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Điều phối và thực hiện các chiến dịch mời khách cá nhân hóa qua điện thoại, email, cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu, xác minh thông tin liên hệ của khách truy cập và đảm bảo giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp với các bên liên quan.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Coordinate and execute personalized invitation campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
- Update and maintain the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct tele-calling to verify and enhance visitors' contact information.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the project and marketing teams to support overall visitor and exhibitor initiatives.
- Assist in tracking RSVPs, collecting feedback, and ensuring guests receive a seamless event experience.
