JOB DETAILS:
This position will be responsible for managing potential customers from lead generation, initial contact, gathering and analyzing customer information, then handing it over to the Field Sales department, as well as conducting regular follow-ups to maintain relationships and manage work results according to KPIs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Management: Create a list of potential customers and make initial contact via phone, email, or online to create opportunities for meetings.
- Information gathering: Comprehensive collection and management of basic customer information.
- Analysis: Through discussions/surveys, analyze and clarify customer issues, then hand them over to the Field Sales department.
- Follow-up: After submitting business documents or a PoC proposal, conduct regular follow-up to maintain the relationship with the client.
- Results management: Set and manage weekly KPIs (actions, conversion rate (CR), number of PoCs set).
- If KPIs are not met, propose and implement improvement measures.
REQUEST:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or customer service (Inside Sales, Customer Support, B2B Sales).
- Possesses strong communication skills via telephone, email, and online.
- English proficiency level: Business Level.
- Experienced in data management using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experienced in working based on KPIs.
- Preferred: Experience selling SaaS products.
- I have experience working at a Japanese company.
- Experienced in participating in the development/implementation of new business projects.
- Able to communicate in Japanese (equivalent to N2 level).
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Communication and Analytical Skills.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Telesales and Customer Management.
