From Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Partner with other Departments to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions
Managing the recruitment process: Posting, Scan CV, Interview schedule
Generating internal documents: Offer letter, Probation and Official Labor Contract, Warning letter, Decision, Notification minus, etc, and make sure they fit with labor rule
On/Off- Boarding process
Creating and newly training hired employees on HR policies, and internal documents
Evaluating employee performance when ending the probation period
Managing and saving all the documents of the employee: labor contract, personal documents.
Coordinating with Legal team and other Department to complete all the licenses for the company
Managing and making all the necessary documents for foreign employees: Work permit, visa, TRC, etc
In charge of the business trip process for employees: Booking airline tickets, hotel, pay per diem
In charge of the social process for the employee
Managing compensation and benefits
Updating and advancing Labor rules for HQ Manager
Run monthly timesheet and payroll for the whole company

Good communication in English
Having at least 3+ years of experience in a Human resource career.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration and related degree.
Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision
Personal and professional integrity of the highest order
Build up good cooperation with internal departments
A dynamic personality with a good ability to interact with different people and levels. Effective verbal and written communicator
