- Manage and handle the work related to Admin/GA
+ Management of timekeeping, insurance, salary calculation, labor rules, ...
+ Responsible for controlling the procurement of office equipment, managing the Company's assets, managing office expenses
Assist in the preparation and organization of company events.
+ Manage file files, contracts, official documents and contract documents for the provision of goods and services.
- Accountants will work with the Agency
- Recruitment: Internal recruitment and work with headhunt

Requirement
- Female. 25~31 years old
- Graduate
- Foreign languages: Japanese N2~N1
- 3 years of experience in a similar position: HR/GA/Admin
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working at Startup or small companies
- Experience in staff management
- Dynamic, willing to learn and contribute ideas
- Flexibility in work
- Prefer to know English
■Salary（VND）：Up to 20 Trieu (Gross)
■Working time：8:00〜17:00,Mon-Fri、Sat：1 day/month
