    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support daily office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and monitoring office supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
    • Assist the HR team with database administration, including updating employee records and contracts, as well as supporting employee engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations.
    • Coordinate with finance and vendors by processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner and liaising with external service providers for office maintenance and repair activities.
    • Implement recruitment communications across online and offline channels; post job openings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
    • Review, screen, and shortlist applications and CVs; organize and maintain candidate information within the company’s HR management system.
    • Coordinate recruitment processes by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, managing interview calendars, and supporting the recruitment team and relevant departments throughout the hiring process.
    • Provide logistical support for internal events, including preparation of materials and onsite setup.
