Human Resources (HR) Duties

Handle recruitment activities include job posting, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Prepare monthly payroll, calculate salaries, allowances, and coordinate with accounting if required.

Administrative Duties

Manage office and restaurant facilities, equipment, and assets.

Handle maintenance and repair issues by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when breakdowns occur.

Manage administrative paperwork, internal documents, and filing systems.

Manage and track legal documents for foreign employees, including Visa, Work Permit (WP), and Temporary Residence Card (TRC).

Organize internal activities such as staff birthdays, team-building events, Year End Party (YEP), and other engagement programs.
