Hilton Danang is looking to recruit Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Officers, to be part of our Front Office Team. Successful candidates must be energetic individuals, enjoy working with people, have excellent communication and customer care skills, and be fluent in the use of Computer systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure an enjoyable and convenient stay.
- Maximize revenue through selling more Rooms and Food & Beverages while managing other related goals set by the department.
- Handle guest comments and inquiries and exceed their expectations.
- General Front mission.

REQUEST
- Candidates must be good-looking, have a minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably working in a five-star environment in a similar role, and excellent English language skills. Selected candidates need to be willing to work both day and night shifts if needed.
- Have previous proven experience in reception.
- Have a good command of English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
- Have a high degree of integrity.
- Be flexible to work weekends and holidays, as well as work night shifts.
