JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Live on Tiktok/Shopee to introduce the company, advertise products, answer questions, and call on users to buy products. (All live sessions run ads to increase interaction and visits).
- Stir up and ensure the heat of the live session, will be guided and trained according to the script, can freely create more.
- Respect the floor's regulations and company's regulations, meet time requirements, and achieve desired results.
- Coordinate with the Video team to film product promotional videos.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Priority is given to those who have 3 - 6 months or more of experience livestreaming on the TIKTOK SHOP or SHOPEE platforms.
- Those who have no experience can apply because the company has a training team to support training from basic to professional.
- Good appearance, relatively, with aesthetic taste.
- Extroverted, active, cheerful, sociable, can integrate and have fun with everyone, not afraid of communication, not afraid of cameras.
- Love beauty and using cosmetics, skincare is a plus

WORKING TIME:
Live shifts will be arranged and sent by the company 1 week in advance. Work 6 days/week (1 day off, not fixed). Work rotating shifts, not fixed:
- Shift 9am to 6pm
- Shift 12pm to 9pm
- Shift from 4pm to 12pm (And may be later on big sale days, usually at 1am).
Live 5-6 hours/day, divided into 2 live sessions. The remaining time can be returned early when there is no more work or to rest, sleep, play, support other work when necessary. Normally, priority is given to live 5 hours/day, on sales days, live later to 6 hours/day.
**On holidays and Tet, there are still live shifts and will be paid according to company policy (x3 salary).
