Job Description

- Receive and handle customer issues and complaints related to the company's products and services.

- Contact by phone with customers who HAVE and ARE using the company's products according to available data.

- Support customers in answering questions about products and instructing customers on how to use products properly.

- Exploit customers' need to buy more products.

- Report to superiors on work progress.

Candidate requirements

- Education level: College degree or higher in related majors.

- Experience: Over 1 year of experience in telesales position, customer care on e-commerce platforms

- Skill :

• Be patient and handle situations when customers refuse.
• Easy to listen, emotional voice
• Ability to communicate, advise and persuade
• Quick response.

Interest

• Income: 8 - 12 million fixed salary + Allowance + Bonus
• Lunch allowance: 30k/day
