JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring internal accountants; no experience needed. Working hours are 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break; off on Sundays and public holidays. Salary ranges from 8.5 million to 11 million VND, with salary review after probation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor daily income and expenses, track advances
- Monitor and report accounts receivable and payable monthly
- Calculate employee salaries monthly
- Monitor and report inventory
- Input VAT invoices, issue VAT invoices to customers
- Maintain and store invoices and documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/female, intermediate accounting diploma or higher
- 21 to 57 years old
- No experience required
- Honest, detail-oriented, responsible
- Proficient in accounting software (Misa), Excel
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: Excel proficiency, no experience required, communication skills and caution.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Internal Accountant, Accountant and General Accountant.
