JOB DETAILS
1. Manage teacher quality at the facility in charge
- Manage and monitor teacher quality
- Supervise and ensure attendance targets - reservations; exam criteria - class output score; student promotion quota; classroom effectiveness
- Implement teacher training activities at the facility
2. Classroom coordination and organization
- Coordinate teaching activities at assigned facilities
- Review the operational needs of teachers and actual teachers at the facility, propose to management and the training board new/additional recruitment plans
- Receive and review proposals to edit appropriate learning materials to the Training Department
3. Other jobs
- Advise the Regional Director (AD), Training Department in improving quality
- Carry out process building and academic work
- Coordinate with professional departments to handle issues related to customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or higher, majoring in English or English pedagogy or school units training in English
- Priority is given to candidates with pedagogical and teaching certificates
- Have an equivalent English certificate of 7.5 IELTS or higher or 900 TOEIC or higher
- Experience in classroom quality management and training operations at educational units
- Priority is given to having teaching experience at English centers
- Good thinking, serious, enthusiastic and progressive, proficient in office information technology.
