Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    - Understand the digital transformation process as it relates to managing the business performance of multinational manufacturing, trading, and service companies, as well as global financial institutions.
    - Incorporate customer expansion plans for each country into the company's business development strategy. Teamwork is required to evaluate core and strategic customers. Make key values recommendations for each target customer segment.
    - Organization to conduct research on people, working culture, national culture, and geopolitics in the region in order to develop a diplomatic strategy and sign cooperation agreements with the company's target partners. Design and determine customer needs and expectations from there.
    - In collaboration, we shape innovative ideas, processes, and customer experiences. exchange, work in teams, groups of company members on digital transformation experience, expand customers, and establish close links throughout the company's operation. Report to the Board of Directors to summarize and evaluate the results and levels of the projects that the company has been and will be implemented.

    Job Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in management, information technology, or social science research. Has expertise in managing international client development in digital transformation projects.
    - To meet international travel requirements, you must be in good health.
    - Fluent in English for economic, financial, technical, information technology, cultural, and social issues, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding. IELTS 7.0 or higher is required.
    - At least three years of experience managing customer development of digital transformation applications in the manufacturing business and managing human resources for financial institutions and multinational corporations abroad.
    - Worked in a management position, led a team, and worked independently.
