Contacting suppliers: During the work process, it is necessary to contact suppliers/merchants to schedule inspections and obtain price quotes (for repairs, maintenance, etc.).

Purchasing: Responsible for ordering water for the office, purchasing monthly supplies, and submitting requests for ad-hoc purchasing plans.

Asset management: Inventory and organize supplies in the office or dormitory and update the records (management accounts).

Supply Distribution: Process all applications and distribute supplies monthly or on an ad-hoc basis to work sites or dormitories.

Dormitory management: Record and update the list (logbook) of personnel residing in the dormitory.

Writing skills: Excellent writing ability, skilled in expressing ideas in written documents and drafting administrative correspondence.

Communication: Strong communication skills, high EQ, adept at coordinating internal and external relationships.

Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English ; proficient in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Work style: Meticulous and responsible; presentable appearance and demeanor, good professional qualities.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in administration or related general positions.
