Job Description

    Job Description

    1. Human resources administration

    • Recruiting, training and developing staff as required.
    • Timekeeping, payroll and benefits.
    • Drafting documents: Contracts, notices, official dispatches, decisions as required by superiors.
    • Manage personnel records, labor contracts, social insurance.
    • Support organization of internal events, corporate culture.
    • Other administrative tasks as required.

    2. Admin

    • Support administrative work of sales department and human resources department.
    • Update and manage customer database, contracts and company documents.
    • Prepare sales reports periodically and as required by management.
    • Participate in consulting and supporting work related to human resource recruitment and training programs of the company.
    • Monitor and guide the implementation of company rules, regulations and human resources procedures.

    Candidate requirements

    • Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
    • University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management and other related fields.
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Good communication and time management skills, quick, careful, detailed and meticulous in work.
    • Ability to withstand pressure.
