Job Description
1. Human resources administration
- Recruiting, training and developing staff as required.
- Timekeeping, payroll and benefits.
- Drafting documents: Contracts, notices, official dispatches, decisions as required by superiors.
- Manage personnel records, labor contracts, social insurance.
- Support organization of internal events, corporate culture.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
2. Admin
- Support administrative work of sales department and human resources department.
- Update and manage customer database, contracts and company documents.
- Prepare sales reports periodically and as required by management.
- Participate in consulting and supporting work related to human resource recruitment and training programs of the company.
- Monitor and guide the implementation of company rules, regulations and human resources procedures.
Candidate requirements
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management and other related fields.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and time management skills, quick, careful, detailed and meticulous in work.
- Ability to withstand pressure.
