Candidate requirements

- University degree or higher, majoring in human resources management or law

- Degrees related to human resource management

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Understanding of human resource management and administrative management

- Understand Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and Law

- Department management skills: planning and implementing plans

- Skills: problem solving, motivation, communication
