JOB DETAILS
- Main responsibilities: Implement recruitment for positions as required by the company
- Make recruitment plan according to manufacturing, replacement and arising needs.
- Post jobs, screen candidates through online and offline channels; Organizing interviews and evaluating candidates; Negotiate and submit for approval of recruitment according to regulations. - Develop candidate source through Facebook channels (page, group,...), job posting, internal introduction,...
- Continuously update candidate information, develop candidate data to meet short-term and long-term recruitment goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Form: Official staff
- 20 years old and up
- Organizational and supervisory skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with recruitment experience
- Ability to analyze the labor market and report the work effectively.
- Able to work under very high pressure and constantly change in work.
