Job Description

    - Job details:

    Section 1: Human Resources and Recruitment (50%)

    • Recruitment tasks: Posting job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and assisting with interviews; compiling and notifying recruitment results. (Current urgent need: Housekeeping, Technical/Operations positions)
    • Prepare personnel files, employment contracts, and work completion reports for temporary/part-time staff.
    • Communicate new company culture policies internally and arrange company gatherings (once every quarter).

    Section 2: Administrative Work (15%)

    • Drafting and archiving files, documents, official letters, and administrative contracts.
    • Provide HR reports to relevant departments as requested.
    • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure all necessary documents are in place.

    Section 3: Revenue Statistics Support (35%)

    • Enter complete revenue information and sales invoices into the MISA software using the provided data.
    • Create and issue electronic invoices with correct information and at the correct time as required (volume: 6-8 invoices/day).
