Training courses to strengthen knowledge for employees.
Set up training classes (rooms, equipment, tools, materials...).
Monitor the list of registered staff: send registration mail, training schedule, training results (assigned).
Design and update training lessons in class, online, review questions & tests (assigned).
Import training data (store course information, class results).
Carry out Training Store (work at the store according to the assigned schedule).
Visit the store to follow up, coach & support knowledge-skills for new employees.
Participate in building new projects.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors. Direct report to Assistant Training Manager
Responsibility
Always organize training classes on schedule and announced time.
Ensure that training classes are fully prepared with CCDC for the training to be carried out in accordance with the standards of knowledge.
Ensure staff after training understand and implement job skills to be able to work at the store.
Always adapt and refresh lessons in line with the latest standards and reality with in-store operations.
Stay committed and do the work according to the timeline.
Participate in contributing ideas to build and learn from each other in the Trainer's job skills.
Shows a positive attitude at work and is always willing to support colleagues.
