• Build and maintain data pipelines for Amazon SP-API, Advertising API, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Collect and process product reviews, sales, advertising, and financial data into structured formats.

Automation & AI Solutions

• Design and implement automation scripts to optimize daily business processes (eg, review analysis, campaign optimization, forecasting).
• Apply AI/ML models (eg, clustering, sentiment analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection) to generate actionable insights.
• Integrate LLMs (eg, OpenAI, HuggingFace) into workflows for tasks such as content generation, classification, and summarization.

Collaboration & Business Impact

• Work closely with business teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide dashboards and automated reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure AI/automation projects are well-documented, tested, and scalable.

Requirements Must-Have:

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, API handling, web scraping).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases or cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (eg, HuggingFace, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace data (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
• Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).
• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search.
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
