NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Online and on-site technical support for ComNav Technology Ltd. products.
- Troubleshooting product-related issues.
- Demonstrating and providing training on ComNav Technology Ltd. products.
- Providing training to ComNav Technology Ltd. distributors.
- Assisting with various projects, such as tenders, CORS service, and agricultural applications.
- Supporting distributors with hardware repairs.
- Creating technical documentation and videos.
- Providing technical support to other countries as needed.
YÊU CẦU:
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in English, experienced with Testing, knowledge of Kỹ Năng Thuyết Trình, accompanied by Giải Quyết Vấn Đề and Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp.
