MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PILATES TEACHER

- Guide clients in 1:1 Pilates classes and group classes according to a standard curriculum.

- Closely monitor each student's training progress, create exercise plans tailored to their physical condition, provide advice on nutrition and health, and help students achieve their desired goals.
