TLA - THE LANGUAGE ACADEMY is looking for English Teachers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Utilize and follow the lesson plans and materials provided.
Adapt prescribed lesson plans when necessary based on the learners’ needs.
Deliver dynamic and communicative lessons that are effective and engaging to the students.
Evaluate student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
Actively participate in center events both on and off-site as required by the Center Manager.
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and administrators to support students’ academic needs and centers’ operations.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 6-month experience in teaching
Bachelor's degree in English Teaching/ English Language
IELTS 8.0+ (no individual band less than 7.0)
Solid grounding in classroom management
Clear voice and eloquent communication skills
Excellent understanding of effective and engaging teaching methods
