Job Description
Construction management and operation to ensure Safety, Quality and Progress.
Organize human resources, assign work reasonably to personnel in the Command Board and construction teams.
Plan materials, machinery and equipment according to project progress and submit to the Board of Directors for approval. Be responsible to the Board of Directors for the effective use of all types of materials and equipment according to prescribed standards during construction.
Make construction progress, specific work plan for each week, each month and report work plan for each week according to company form.
Control and be responsible for acceptance, handover, payment and settlement of all types.
