Job Description:

• Technical supervision of construction and interior finishing of projects.
• Manage progress, quality, techniques and construction aesthetics according to investor requirements.
• Deploy work, guide construction team (plaster painting, glass mirrors, tiling, installation of wooden furniture, sanitary equipment, electrical and water systems,...)
• Deploy work to workers, approve construction plan.
• Report progress and construction status to direct manager and Board of Directors when requested.
• Complete the acceptance report with relevant parties.
• Perform work as assigned by Team Leader or leader.

• Request:

  • Graduated from University of Transport, University of Construction, Architecture or related majors.
  • Experienced in interior finishing, industrial wood furniture,...
  • Knowledgeable about interior materials: wooden accessories, glass, plasterboard, veneer, tiles - stone,...
  • Proficient in AUTO-CAD software, Excel and office tools.
  • Ability to plan, organize work and coordinate construction.
  • Good health, able to travel for work.
  • Have communication skills, work in teams with related departments.
