The Construction Supervisor plays the role of representing the Company in working with the Investor's personnel at the construction site, handling issues related to construction techniques, and other problems on the construction site to ensure guarantee progress with the Investor.

• Check detailed design drawings of works;
• Make a record of acceptance of the quality and volume of the assigned work;
• Coordinating with related parties to organize the acceptance of completed items and the acceptance of the whole work (with subcontractors);
• Prepare/check payment documents with investor/main contractor, subcontractor, supplier, construction team;
• Solve problems arising at the construction site;
• Directly monitor daily construction activities at the construction site;
• If detecting items that do not meet the requirements, coordinate with the contractor to resolve;
• Coordinate with the parties to change the construction plan depending on the actual situation;
• Check the quality of supplies and materials put into the work; monitoring the progress on the work to ensure the progress with the Investor;
• Periodically, make work reports as required;
• Control the issues of occupational safety and environmental sanitation in the assigned work area;
• Monitor the progress of subcontracting teams, promptly detect errors in documents, organize construction and give warnings about potential risks;
• Check and remind construction workers to strictly comply with technical standards;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management;

• Male gender, between the ages of 24 and 40;
• Accept long-term business trips away from home;
• Proficient in using office computer and supporting software for work: Autocad, MS Project...
• Able to monitor, coordinate and synthesize information well;

• Graduated from Intermediate level or higher, majoring in: Construction Engineering (civil and industrial), Construction Economics;
