Effectively implement human resources processes, regulations and policies

• Supervise corporate Human Resources activities including:

- Recruitment

- Implement internal and external training programs

- Monitor the implementation of monthly Social Insurance including increase and decrease procedures, sickness and maternity benefits....

-Monitoring labor contracts including establishing new labor contracts, renewing contracts, liquidating contracts, and implementing labor contracts in accordance with the Labor Law.

- Consulting and resolving requests from relevant departments in accordance with regulations

- Report and perform work as directed by the Chairman
