Check daily booking and arrange table reservation appropriately
Check inventory and order goods to ensure sufficient goods for restaurant operations.
Manage employees, assign work & schedule work for employees.
Guide employees to follow issued procedures, regulations and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensure employees operate according to procedures.
Coordinate staff to suit restaurant operations, remind staff to comply with trained and issued procedures.
Manage table reservations and set-up, monitor VIP guests.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Coordinate related positions to create a drink menu suitable for each event and program.
Schedule work for restaurant staff to ensure adequate staffing and balance personnel costs appropriately.
Manage assets, equipment, tools and instruments used in the work process
Assist other positions as needed and perform other duties as assigned by restaurant manager as needed
