1.Receiving shifts, working schedules, assigning work to subordinates
2.Convening a short meeting (briefing) before opening time to disseminate information related to the working shift, arranging the work of the day
3. Check the working area before service time to ensure that the cleaning, decoration, and preparation work are all ready to serve customers.
4. Responsible for monitoring, guiding and urging staff to do well in serving guests, introducing dishes and drinks, ensuring the service is of good quality and up to standards.
5.Welcome guests, guide them to the table, remind the staff to serve guests, check the timely, timely and standard service to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Coordinate restaurant activities such as taking food orders (taking orders), supporting and assisting service staff during peak hours
7.Receive requests for table reservations, party reservations, seating arrangements, banquet halls, food-related events and requests for VIP guests, other special guests…
8. Regularly check and monitor the quality and quantity of food and drinks from the kitchen, the bartender to the customers
9. Evaluate staff in shifts, arrange working stages reasonably.
10.Strengthen and support other Shift Leaders to perfectly implement the restaurant's programs and goals when necessary
11.Receive complaints and complaints from guests and handle them within the allowed authority, report back and transfer to the Restaurant Manager for handling when it is beyond his/her authority.
