Job description
• General supervision of all daily activities of the service team at the restaurant
• Ensure the quality of service in accordance with the standards and regulations of the restaurant.
• Coordinate and support business activities to ensure sales targets.
• Receive and coordinate with departments to handle requests, problems and complaints of guests.
• Training and professional development for service team.
• Periodic report to Manager
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked through Fine Dinning
• Good conversational English
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Enthusiastic and proactive in work.
• Can do broken shift 2-3 days/week alternately.
