Manage human resources, goods, finance, and operations:

Check, supervise and track store operations during shifts, schedule work for employees; ensure sufficient quantity and quality of personnel to operate, and promptly resolve any issues that arise.

Implement programs and activities from the company. Arrange, mobilize, urge and control employees to perform work.

Track and control inventory information to match reality and the system.

Responsible for safety and security of assets at the store. Organize and supervise the implementation of store regulations and personnel, make suggestions and solutions to improve business efficiency. Other tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview.
