Responsible for operating the store according to the Company's standards and regulations.
Responsible for managing store personnel (including shift assignments, end-of-term employee evaluations, recruiting requests and coordinating training of new employees when needed, and supervising employees during work)
Responsible for the store's raw material inventory data.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement programs to build brand image, customer care, workshops, and store events.
Support and propose business development strategies for the store with other departments and the Board of Directors, propose online and offline customer support forms suitable for the area in charge to create the best conditions for sales.
Other work as directed by superiors.
Have experience in similar position,
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry, especially those with basic knowledge of Tea and Tea drinks.
Quick, enthusiastic, careful, clean.
Communication skills and tactful behavior.
Fluent in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
