Vacancy: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Working place: Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My, Hanoi

Job description:
- Perform site inspection and survey according to design drawings, deploy construction technical drawings, 5 * interior finishing works, main work items are: Interior finishing of Casino area, rooms Karaoke, restaurant, rest room, hotel lobby, conference hall..etc
- Making construction progress at the site, proactively solving arising problems (if any) during the implementation process, keeping daily construction diary.
- Manage, guide and supervise the company's teams and workers on construction techniques for finishing items such as: plasterboard, glass mirror, tiling, furniture installation, sanitary ware ..v.v
- Deploy work for workers, and approve construction plans for subcontractors.
- Directly manage the inspection, supervision and evaluation of the construction process at the site, check the specifications and quality of the products at the factory, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the drawings. , technical requirements, quality & quantity approved.
- Acceptance and completion of works for teams, teachers' houses and with the Investor.
- Complete the procedures for signing the Minutes of Acceptance at the construction site with the parties.

Request
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Architecture, Interior, Construction;
- At least 2-3 years of construction supervision experience,
- Proficient in autocad, excel (preferably knowing more about projects, 3D software, revit, sketchup, max...).
- Experience in the field of interior finishing construction, industrial furniture. Knowledge of interior materials such as furniture accessories, glass, plaster ceiling, veneer wall, MFC, tile - stone...
- Ability to find, detect and handle technical errors.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage the construction site and schedule construction.
- Ability to go to work in the provinces.
