1. Be responsible to the Workshop Director for issues related to the construction and installation of furniture items on the construction site
2. Plan the installation and construction of items on the construction site to coordinate with the production BP in coordinating and arranging goods and materials to ensure the quality and progress of the works.
3. Manage and control the efficient and economical use of materials, tools and instruments.
4. Control the construction and installation process of workers. Coordinate with Technical Manager to ensure products meet quality, technical and artistic requirements.
5. Ensure control of the volume of finished goods, semi-finished products and materials to serve the project fully according to the plan;
6. Monitoring the attitude and working efficiency of the Workers, urging the Workers during the working process. Combined with Technical Manager to ensure the progress of construction and installation.
7. Carry out construction registration procedures with buildings. Control labor safety according to regulations;
8. Directly supervise the Worker when planning to work overtime or receive goods on the construction site outside office hours. Confirm the Worker's time sheet or workload sheet when required
9. Coordinating with GSSX in measuring and taking over the completed work volume on the construction site, completing the inspection and acceptance minutes, and handing over the work;
10. Other related jobs as assigned by the Workshop Director;
