Supervise and inspect the construction process at the site, ensuring that the design drawings, construction methods, and technical standards are followed correctly.
Monitor construction progress and urge construction teams to complete the work according to the planned schedule.
Inspect the quality of incoming materials and supplies, and conduct acceptance testing of completed construction items.
Collaborate with the Investor, Supervision Consultant, Subcontractors, and relevant departments to resolve issues arising at the construction site.
Control the volume of construction work and verify the completed volume for payment and settlement purposes.
Managing occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention at the construction site.
Prepare periodic progress, quality, and construction status reports for the Project Management Board.
Participate in the acceptance and handover of construction projects and complete the project completion documentation.
