Project acceptance and construction preparation

• Receive and check drawings, survey, check site.
• Support construction manager in making construction plan.
• Carry out relevant procedures to implement construction.

Deploy and control construction work at the site

• Assist site commander in assigning work to technical team leaders, workers, and subcontractors at site.
• Deploy construction details to professional supervisors and monitor and check construction results.
• Deploy and control work items according to schedule and quality as prescribed.
• Coordinate with team leaders to fully deploy and control the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene measures at the construction site according to regulations.
• Report completed volume and arising work to site commander.
• Report conflicts and incidents at the construction site and coordinate with the site manager to resolve them to ensure progress.
• Receive customer feedback and forward to site manager.

Handover - Acceptance

• Support site commander to summarize volume with subcontractors and handover to customers
• Support site commanders in implementing and supervising defect repairs
