- Planning to take care of, plant, develop and monitor trees in the nursery. Quality management of nursery, landscape.
- Directly supervise and guide staff to plant and take care of trees according to standards and quality assurance.
- Know the techniques of fertilizer, soil, irrigation and drainage and recognize the change of plants to take care of them accordingly.
- Monitor the growth and development of plants, monitor the situation of pests and diseases, if any, to prevent them.
- Manage and assign tasks to staff to take care of trees.
- Control the inventory of equipment and consumables to ensure correct, sufficient and economical use.
