Job Description

    Scope of work 1: Managing sales staff
    - Pre-qualification, training guidance and inspection of compliance with regulations of full-time sales staff
    - Urging sales staff to achieve sales targets, product structure, and display
    - Check the implementation of POS, deploy promotional programs

    * Field of work 2: Supermarket manager assigned
    - Planning sales, frequency of care, displaying goods, solving regional tasks in their charge by week, month
    - Carry out the care and display of goods according to the established frequency to ensure "sufficient distribution, beautiful display" in the assigned area.
    - Implement promotional programs, hang stickers and apply advertisements that have been popularized. .
    - Checking inventory, ordering, consulting, introducing products to customers.
    - Observe and look for beautiful and eye-catching display locations to increase the image of the company's brands.
    - Develop and propose plans to expand shelves, POS, promotion programs.
    - Summarize and evaluate promotions, display and advertising costs
    - Monitor the progress of goods transportation in the area under their management.
    - Notice of price increase, decrease, exchange of old packaging goods if any.
    - Payment of goods, reconciliation of debts
    - Build close relationships with partners

    * Responsibility
    - Be responsible to the Supermarket Channel Manager for the business activities in the area under his/her charge (Sales, structure, coverage, display, POS, promotions ..)
    - Responsible for the management, supervision and training of full-time sales staff.
    - Responsible for checking, comparing and recovering debts.
    - Responsible for handling customer complaints.
    - Ensure the collection of competitive information in the area of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner.
    - Implement reporting regimes and regulations of the company and sales department
